Hi,
You can add files to your item by going to the item's details page and following these directions:
* Click the "Edit item" link in the lower left box
* Click the "Item manager" link at the top of the page
* Click the "checkout" button
* Follow the ftp instructions to access your files. You can upload new files and/or remove old files. Make sure you check the item back in when you're finished.
* Wait about 20-30 minutes for new files to show up for your item.
If you want smaller derivatives of this file to be made, you'll need to also run the derive task (after the above steps are completed):
Edit item > Item Manager > click "derive" button

It's in the lower left box of your item's page. However, you have to be logged in to the site with the same email address you used to upload the item - otherwise, the link will not appear.
